Delivery charges are based on destination and order value, and are shown during checkout. Delivery times vary by destination, normally 2-3 days for European countries. On completion of an order you will receive notification from our courier with delivery times. Please contact us if you need to know delivery lead times before placing an order. If your delivery country is not listed, please contact us and we will provide a quotation.
International VAT and Duty
Orders outside mainland UK and Northern Ireland are zero rated for VAT.Import duties or taxes and any other local charges are the responsibility of the customer. In line with our terms and conditions, if orders cannot be delivered due to non-payment of import charges, we reserve the right to deduct selling costs from any refund.

Standard delivery is free for orders over £300.00 (Excluding VAT) . The delivery charge for orders below this value is £6.50 (Excluding VAT)
Items that are in stock and ordered before 1:00pm on working days, are normally despatched for next working day delivery. Depending on the courier used, your email address or phone number will be used to provide tracking information. Due to seasonal impacts on courier services in December, next working day delivery may not be possible.
If part of your order is on back-order, the entire order will be despatched when all items are available.
Please contact us if you have any special delivery requirements such as delivery before 10:00, 12:00 or Saturday delivery.
Deliveries are signed for. If the courier is unable to make delivery and obtain a signature, arrangements can be made for redelivery.
Click and collect
The ‘click and collect’ option available at checkout is for in-person collection, only from our warehouse located at 342 West Barnes Lane, Motspur Park, Surrey, KT3 6NB.
