MiniTech and TechMaster locks are audited using Windows software and peripheral equipment. On most MiniTech and TechMaster locks, it is possible to view a basic audit on screen showing the time and date that a lock was opened and by which users. Please refer to the relevant operating instructions.

Download and unpack the file

  • Click the button below to access a webpage where a .zip (Compressed) file with the software pack can be downloaded
  • On the web page that opens, click the Download button located top left on the page. Do not click the file itself

The zipped file will download to either the downloads folders, or another location depending on your browser. Once the file has downloaded, it must be unpacked or unzipped.

  • Locate then right click the file and select Extract all…. If the file has been supplied on a USB flash drive, copy the file to your computer and extract it.
If it is not possible to unpack the .zip file using the Extract all... command, download suitable unpacking software such as 7-zip

Install the driver

In the extracted folder, locate the folder Driver_bat, right click it, select copy and paste it directly to the C-drive.

Open the folder and locate the file Installer.bat

Right click Installer.bat and select Run as administrator

Allow the app to make changes to your device. A command prompt window will open followed by a dialogue box, click Install

Click Install and allow the installation to finish

There is a possibility that a message will show stating that conflicting versions of the driver have been found and must be removed. Click Yes to remove them. It is also possible that a message will show stating that the drivers are already up to date - in which case it is not necessary to install the driver.

Install the audit software

In the folder that was originally extracted, double click the application TecnosicurezzaDMTAudit_1.0.6.4.exe

Allow the file to run if prompted and follow the onscreen instructions. A shortcut will be placed on the desktop if selected.
